Longtime Honorary Ogunquit Rotarian Howard E. Case died July 19, 2017. Monday, President Bob Cruickshank and Ed Seppa traveled to Palmer, Massachusetts to express condolences on behalf of the club.
A large group of law enforcement officers and officials were joined by friends and neighbors to express sympathy to Howard's wife, Christine, his daughters Cheryle and Lorie, and their families at the Beers and Story funeral Home in Palmer.
A poignant and heartwarming video montage was on display for all visitors to see. Howard will be laid to rest wearing his Chief of Police uniform. Ogunquit Rotary will make a contribution the WMass Chiefs of Police Scholarship fund in Howard's memory.
Howard's awards, citations and other memorabilia were on display. A police honor guard was present. (Scroll down to see all images.)
